WSYA Success story
Africa with different eyes
Capturing images of Africa and its peoples without any reference to clichés means consolidating and conserving African diversity and cultural identity.

Today, the platform Afrique in visu has 60 regular contributors and around 3000 followers and has grown into a large community of professional photographers who are trying to do exactly this.

WSYA Success story
Do You Speak English?
In almost any profession proficiency in English language is the key to success. Too bad for those who don’t have access to basic education, let alone language courses. And even for those who had the chance to learn English at school, there might be the time where they want to improve their skills.

Fortunately there are people out there who are willing to share their knowledge. And LEBTOP is the connector. In 2012, LEBTOP impressed the World Summit Youth Award Jury with their concept of Learning English by talking on the phone. Nikhil Kulkarni and his team became Runners-up in the category Education for All.
